Who we're looking for: 

Let’s cut to the chase, you were most likely a bit of a swot at school, you are competitive with yourself and others, you are aspirational and want to create the best life you can whilst doing something you love, and you will have to have passion in one of the following areas:

  • HR Analysis / Organisational Development
  • Content Creation (Video, Digital Design / Copywriting)
  • Account / Project Management
  • Business Development
  • Marketing

You must have a growth mindset and believe that you are capable of far more than you are doing right now, experience is not hugely important to us but what we do need you to demonstrate is a track record of working hard, achieving great results and a clear determination to succeed.

Who we are:

The last 12 months have been transformational here at Just R, as we moved from start up to a scale up business. This has been a period of rapid growth, with a need for development across every area of the business. 

We have also been busy implementing leading systems like Hubspot and Asana and world class processes such as Lean thinking and Scrum into the way we do things to ensure the delivery of our solutions continues to be the best it can possibly be.  

We have come a very long way in defining who we are, clarifying what it is that we actually do and communicating it in a way which is understandable to both our clients, colleagues and friends.
