53 Appointments Made in 9 Months for NELFT
Just R partnered with North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) in 2021, initially designing and building their employer brand, website and digital attraction campaign to attract values aligned candidates to the organisation.
9 months into the third year of our collaboration and the results of the ongoing attraction campaigns continue to be exceptional.
Between March and October 2023, the Trust have offered positions to 53 candidates from a broad range of vacancies, including:
→ Nurses
→ Mental Health Practitioners
→ Speech and Language Therapists
→ Occupational Therapists
→ Physiotherapists
→ Support Workers
→ Administrators, and many more.
With nearly a quarter of the campaign still left to run the campaign is currently delivering appointments at less than £820 per hire, a small fraction of the cost of any alternate options – agency, international recruitment, etc.
The work we deliver on behalf of NELFT is a brand focused campaign, raising awareness of NELFT as a regional employer of choice to attract candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and experience to live and future vacancies within the Trust.
This approach enables NELFT to develop organisation wide recruitment pipelines, taking advantage of Just R’s Recruitment Pipeline Management system to manage candidates through to appointment.

These results are only made possible through the commitment of the Trust to work alongside Just R in redesigning a recruitment process which works not only for them, but most of all, for the candidate. Reaching passive and active job seekers through a number of social channels and driving them through a recruitment funnel where they feel seen, encouraged and valued is key to recruiting to those hard to recruit roles.
