They also provide some medium secure (forensic) services to the whole of Yorkshire and the Humber.

At it’s half way point, the 12 month project has so far attracted over 1000 enquiries of interest including 46 Qualified Mental Health Nurses, 15 Student Mental Health Nurses, 9 Qualified Learning Disability Nurses and 6 Student Learning Disability Nurses.

Many other candidate enquiries came from Qualified and Student General Nurses (106), HCSWs (200), Nursing Associates (9) and AHPs (7).

Just R has revolutionised the way that South West Yorkshire attracts staff to their vacancies, with our sustainable digital marketing strategy that incorporates always on messaging, inclusive employer value proposition and a bespoke recruitment brand which complements the Trusts existing brand.

With a focus on inclusivity, diversity, and on the training and development of individuals being a top priority for the Trust, the campaign has resonated with many people in the community who have engaged with and acted upon the all important call-to-action button.
