The challenge 

Airedale NHS Foundation Trust approached us with the task of recruiting Nurses to it’s elderly care wards. We fully understood the challenge, as we know that some Nursing positions are harder to recruit for than others. We needed careful messaging here to achieve our ambitions.

The solution

Creating a tailored digital advertising campaign

Our focus was on showcasing the unique opportunities that working within this department at Airedale offered people. 

In a bid to generate interest from Band 5 registered Nurses interested in a career at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, we organised and executed a photo and video shoot on location in the hospital. We met staff and interviewed them. We gained a whole host of bespoke content which could be used to develop our campaign. 

We shared our content for a month-long period across Facebook and Twitter. Interested candidates were directed to an open day event at the Trust.
