The Global Psoriasis Atlas received more than 1,600 profile views and gained more than 150 industry-relevant followers to its Twitter page in just one month, following a successful launch campaign from digital specialist Just R.

The Global Psoriasis Atlas, whose mission is to provide a common benchmark on the burden of psoriasis throughout the world, got in touch with Just R after seeing the work the digital marketing and recruitment specialist had done with fellow organisation, the Psoriasis Shout Out.

After beginning work on the first iteration of the Global Psoriasis Atlas, the team wanted to boost their social media presence to spread awareness around their campaign, and bring attention to the work being done around the prevalence and incidence of the skin condition.

Just R created the team’s Twitter handle, @PsoriasisAtlas, the imagery around the profile, and created a list of key accounts they should be following. Just R also created the first month’s content for the Twitter profile, with outstanding results.

Over the first 28 days of launching the @PsoriasisAtlas account, 36 tweets were published, with an impressive 38,300 tweet impressions made. The account handle was mentioned 56 times by other users, and @PsoriasisAtlas gained 1,619 visits from other Twitter users. By day 30, the account had over 150 relevant user accounts following the @PsoriasisAtlas handle.
