We are looking for someone to take the reins on all things content at Just R. We are a business geared towards solving NHS attraction and retention challenges, providing digital marketing and candidate engagement solutions to healthcare recruitment teams across the UK.

There is so much room for growth with Just R, with opportunities to undertake a breadth of training which over the coming year has members of the team completing mini MBA’s in Marketing, Employer Brand Certifications with the world’s leading provider as well as monthly skillshares and so much more…

Your main responsibilities would include:

Writing clear marketing copy to promote our clients employer value propositions to ultimately inspire and attract candidates to roles within the NHS
Proofreading and editing blog posts and case studies for publication on the Just R website
Coordinating with project delivery teams to develop and deliver strong recruitment marketing campaigns for our NHS clients

We would love it if you could evidence your experience in copywriting, have some knowledge of SEO and have a degree or similar qualification in English, Journalism or Marketing, but please also get in touch if not… What we really care about is that you are the type of person who thrives as part of a team and really wants to learn and grow to become the very best you can be.

The final details

The salary for this role is £25k.

We would like to consider those with a minimum 2:1 degree, however if you think you can demonstrate the described attributes and don’t have this qualification we would still love to hear from you.
