We’re looking for Role Model graduates to enter our Rising Star Programme at Just R!

Congratulations, you have completed your University education!

You have been a brilliant student and have an excellent degree to show for it, so you also know exactly what to do next. Right?
Don’t worry, you are in no way alone. The majority of the Just R team were still unsure at your stage of life which is why we have worked together to design the Just R rotational graduate programme.

We are a fast growing company with ongoing needs within 3 key areas, offering us the luxury to create a fantastic rotational programme, to provide opportunities for the very best graduates!

We’re not looking for just anyone, we’re only interested in those who want to be the best they can be to join our exceptional team.

Who are we?

We are a team of Marketing, Communication and Brand specialists, focused on enabling NHS and Healthcare organisations to attract and retain great people through innovative attraction and onboarding solutions.

What will the programme look like?

Over a 12 month period you will experience an overview and introduction to the business as a whole, as well as gaining experience in areas such as Candidate Consultant, Sales and Marketing Admin, and Design and Web support.

Your time at Just R will be themed around books we love, such as Jim Collins’ book “Good to Great”, Tom Peters’ book “The Excellence Dividend”, Stephen Covey’s book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and Brendan Kane’s book “Hook Point”.

The important details

The type of people we are looking for will have a minimum 2:1 in their degree, and be able to provide evidence of having done something related to Marketing, Communications or Brand.

The salary for this position is £19,000, with a realistic goal of reaching £25,000 within the first 12 months.
