Just R puts digital recruitment wheels in motion for Barnet, Enfield and Haringey (BEH) NHS Trust.

BEH’s campaign is now set! The Facebook page is rolling with job vacancies, service updates, news, events and the new recruitment-focused website is up and running, playing host to an exclusive animation.
 
With a number of vacancies in community and mental health nursing, Just R has created an integrated, digital advertising campaign for BEH that will target potential candidates through the use of Facebook, email marketing, branding, video and imagery and a newly created, recruitment-focused website.
The campaign will run over a six month period, with the recruitment focus changing each month. As BEH has made a significant commitment and investment to expand Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) services, they wanted to direct the first phase of the campaign to the recruitment of staff from Band 5 to Band 8 in this area. The team at Just R has focused much of the campaign’s content around these services and the targeting of potential candidates through the use of Social Media; providing engagement, directing to events, open days and capturing data of those interested in the Trust and its vacancies. The new website is providing a reciprocal platform to support BEH’s Social Media drive and Email Marketing by introducing potential candidates to BEH, its services, the local area and of course its vacancies! The website also hosts an animation, created especially for this campaign, showcasing the Trust’s specialist services and its ethos.
