Just R unveils revolutionary Recruitment Pipeline Management (RPM) System

Just R has launched its Recruitment Pipeline Management (RPM) system, an online portal which saves NHS organisations time and money by offering a simple way to manage applications from prospective employees.

The cloud-based system, which Just R has developed in less than 6 months, allows NHS organisations to store, manage and search candidates which have been sourced by Just R through our recruitment campaigns. The system also enables Trusts to work with multiple users who may be assigned to manage the candidates, log calls, ask questions and more.

Why was the new system developed?

Over the past 4 years, Just R has been dedicated to driving efficiencies within NHS recruitment. Our focus is on creating recruitment pipelines for NHS organisations, enabling them to take control of their future workforce.

We design and deliver digital recruitment strategies which attract qualified Nurses, Doctors and Allied Health Professionals directly to NHS Trusts. We reach and attract passive candidates through social media, generating databases of thousands of interested applicants on behalf of the Trusts we serve.

As our successful campaigns frequently generate in excess of 500 applications per year for many of the organisations we work with, the administration and management of these candidates has become a full time job for some Trusts. Just R has evolved its services to tackle these problems, and in 2019 began offering a call back service to help Trusts maximise conversions from their candidate databases. “We were aware that tracking candidates prior to them completing a full application via NHS Jobs or Trac was a grey area in terms of candidate management,” says Just R founder Rachael Bagshaw. “There was often no one assigned to managing these candidates, nor was there a central place for prospective candidate data to be stored.”

What does the RPM portal do?

Just R recognised the opportunity to further help the NHS Trusts we work with, to increase the conversion of candidates targeted through our campaigns and provide a view on the future recruitment funnel.

Six months ago, we began work on the Recruitment Pipeline Management (RPM) system. The online portal gives Trusts a single, seamless place to track, store and manage candidate data and create a clinical workforce pipeline. It also presents an opportunity for Trusts to collaborate, for the purposes of recruitment, sharing prospective candidates and teaming up to enhance scale.

We are now able to work with Trusts to attract prospective candidates via social media campaigns, and communicate with both applicants and Trusts through one simple tool.
