New Social Media Recruitment Advertising campaign to reach out to Clinical Advisors for the North East Ambulance Service

The Just R team have just launched a digital campaign to recruit Clinical Advisors to the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS).

The month-long focus for the North East Ambulance Service creates awareness about the diversity of the role, details relevant experience that candidates need to have to apply, and offers wider information about the Trust. Details on future career opportunities at the Newcastle-upon-Tyne-based Trust, and direct quotes from current employees detailing their work within the team were also included, in order to offer true insights into the Clinical Advisor role.

An update to the landing page that applicants are directed to was implemented, in order to represent the new recruitment area of focus for this social media campaign. The team created a mixture of video, animation and graphics to support the tailored written content created specifically for this focus.

This is the second digital recruitment campaign that we have worked on with NEAS in recent months. In November, a bespoke campaign aiming to recruit Paramedics resulted in 18 qualified candidates’ applications being processed just two weeks after kick-starting the campaign.
