As experts, the Just R retention model focuses on the provision of one to one interviews to provide constant feedback loops (months 1, 3, 6, 12, and upon exit), enabling people at all stages of the employee lifecycle to give feedback on their experience.  Our goal is to ensure voices are heard, engaging both existing and departing employees, and gathering key insights that will help improve Trust retention.

The development of retention insight is an essential element to improving employee attrition rates. Our impartial, third party 1-2-1 service offers new employees and those leaving the Trust an opportunity to voice their feedback on onboarding processes, and their time within the Organisation.
