Abi

As a Candidate Consultant at Just R, I am responsible for the processing of enquiries from candidates coming through our Recruitment Pipeline Management System (RPM) using criterias and focuses set out by our NHS clients for each campaign. This enables us to help Trusts find fantastic, values-aligned candidates to begin their journeys working within their organisation. The role also sees me feeding back useful insights from our calls with registered candidates to the wider project team.

Having graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Cumbria, and with several years of experience within customer service and management roles, I have gained valuable transferable skills that are vital in my role now. Something I love about my role is that I get the privileged opportunity to speak/listen to a range of candidates from different backgrounds and experiences everyday, hearing their stories through the values based questions we ask and also to hear why they are passionate to work within the NHS.

In my downtime you’ll find me out walking with my Bordoodle, conquering an ever growing pile of books or continuing down the nerdy rabbit hole of specialty coffee.
