Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Just R, I work closely with our NHS partners to implement effective and sustainable workforce solutions. My role is to ensure our clients receive excellent support and guidance from the experts within the Just R team. This includes having frequent contact with our clients on how projects are progressing and performing, listening and acting upon feedback to facilitate fantastic collaboration and consistently seeking out areas for development and growth to maximise success for our clients.

Before and after finishing my Psychology degree in Liverpool, I have always naturally been drawn towards people oriented and customer service roles. I enjoy working with people and solving problems. Prior to joining Just R I worked as a Learning Facilitator in the NHS for just under 5 years.

Here, I gained great understanding of how an organisation as large as the NHS operates and some of the challenges it faces attracting, retaining and developing its people. I led various educational projects, taking the lead on developing quality induction and training programs for new to care recruits. Through this work, I developed my knowledge about how to build quality onboarding processes and saw the direct impact of having a strong values based recruitment strategy. From my very first day in the NHS, I knew from then on I always wanted to work somewhere where I knew I could make a difference and to work for an organisation that had a clear purpose. When I discovered Just R and met our CEO and Founder for the first time, I knew I had found the right fit. I instantly wanted to be part of Just R’s journey and mission to transform the NHS. Over recent years I have acquired leadership and management qualifications and further study rooted in education. At Just R we are lucky to have access to fantastic training and development opportunities. During my time at Just R I have undertaken training in leadership, coaching and mentoring, conflict resolution and this year, will commence Mark Ritson’s Mini Marketing MBA.

I’m here because I am passionate about enabling our NHS to attract and retain the best people. The NHS is a valuable institution which either has or will touch each and everyone of us at some point in our lives.

Outside of the office you will most likely find me either at Yoga (a new love since joining Just R), spending time with my family, catching up with friends or perusing antique / vintage shops hunting unique gems for my home. I love exploring new places!
