What is your favourite food?

My favourite food to cook is Veg Chilli as I’m a vegan. I love all of the different flavours and spices. I have also recently mastered sweet and sour (vegan) chicken too, which is also delicious!

What do you want to be when you grow up?

HAPPY! I want to be able to do the things I enjoy whilst being surrounded by positive people. I also want to have a positive impact on those around me.

Favourite local place to visit?

 I absolutely love walking along the river Caldew in Denton Holme as it’s right on my doorstep. You can walk along the river into town and although it’s a longer way with it being such a wonderful walk I don’t mind the added time.

Describe your perfect Sunday morning

 It would start by getting up a little late and going for a nice walk with my boyfriend. If I had thought ahead, I would have set the bread maker off on Saturday night so it would be ready for Sunday morning – filling the house with that lovely freshly baked bread smell! After our walk I would buy a Sunday newspaper and sit reading through it along with its supplements.
