Caro

As a Project Manager at Just R I support the Project Team to create campaigns for our NHS partners. I make sure that everything is in place for a successful campaign. This includes communicating with clients in order to gather as much information as possible to tackle their challenges. The information I gather from clients is then passed on to other members of the Just R team in order to create our NHS partners’ brand and social media campaigns. I am the main method of communication between the Trusts and Just R on a daily basis.

With a background in secondary education, I taught Modern Foreign Languages before taking up the role of Learning Manager at a Sixth Form College. Whilst there I developed and coordinated the curriculum for a project based subject, leading me to discover my love of Project Management. I have since completed my Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner Qualifications in my spare time, prior to taking up the role as Project Manager at Just R. I’ve always wanted my work to have a social purpose, and I’ve found that through working at Just R. 

Outside the office, I enjoy anything outdoors. You will find me running, climbing and wild swimming. When not outside I enjoy spending time with friends and family, listening to music and reading both fiction and non-fiction books.
