Gergana

As a Digital Advertising Executive, I’m responsible for the implementation process of our projects. I work alongside the Project Team to create a strategy for each campaign and carry out weekly tasks surrounding post-scheduling, the running of ads and reporting. Always on the lookout for ways to improve our campaigns, I’m constantly learning about Google and social media algorithms and updates.

Having graduated with a First Class Honours in BA Media and Communications from the University of Leicester, I was fascinated by the field but I found it difficult to narrow down which career path I wanted to pursue until I found Marketing.

Just R is passionate about personal and professional growth which is great to be a part of, meaning our clients are working with a team which is constantly updating and developing our skills. In this day and age, knowledge really is at our fingertips as long as we are proactive and willing to learn – which as a team we absolutely are!

In my free time, you can catch me listening to a podcast (On Purpose with Jay Shetty and The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett are my favourite at the minute!), reading both fiction and non-fiction books or at a pilates class.
