Sophie

As a Marketing Manager at Just R, I work closely with my brand and marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives. Our focus is on continuing to elevate the Just R brand and showcase how our expertise can empower the NHS and healthcare organisations to grow and retain their workforce.

Prior to moving in to marketing, I was an Account Manager at Just R, responsible for the delivery and refinement our Sustainable Workforce Solutions. With the help of my expert team, I’m proud to say that we attracted thousands of candidates to our NHS partner Trusts through projects I led.

My background is in a variety of journalism, customer service and management, with skills in building relationships, writing and problem solving – and I’m a pretty good storyteller too! 

My drive to protect the NHS comes from personal experience. The privilege of access to free, safe, and high-quality healthcare is at the core of UK values, one which I share, and we must do all we can to ensure the NHS, and its people, can thrive.

In my downtime, you can find me hiking in the Lakes, attempting to bake, listening to a variety of topical (and silly) podcasts and books, or working on my interior design “skills” at home in Carlisle (thank you, Pinterest).
