Steve

My role as Client Services Director means that I’m responsible for our Sales and Account Management here at Just R.

The reason I joined Just R is my passion to contribute to the positive impact we make for our partners in the NHS. My wife works for the NHS and so I’m very aware of the challenges faced due to her history there.

Before I joined Just R, my work was in advertising, specifically social media and radio on both agency and media owner side, planning campaigns for regional and national brands. The opportunity to come across and join our magnificent team was too good to miss.

I’m a firm believer in providing a great customer experience and ensuring we are easy for our partners to work with. The values at Just R align with mine such as integrity, accountability, value and transparency.

I’m currently studying at Manchester Metropolitan University, where I’m in my third year of a Digital Marketing Degree, and whilst it’s the most challenging thing I’ve ever done, it’s incredibly rewarding and helps me be more of an asset to Just R.

I’m married to Sarah, and we have 3 amazing boys. I don’t get much spare time but when I do, I train and compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have recently been promoted to purple belt.

I’m a huge Star Wars fan and listen to a wide variety of music. A little fact about me is that I’ve seen Metallica live 25 times!
