The Role : Senior National Account Manager (Healthcare Sector)

Reporting to the COO you will manage a portfolio of large national accounts across the UK healthcare sector, both public and private.

You will be tasked with delivering profitable growth in your account base through identifying and securing opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Key to your success will be your ability to manage and develop the commercial relationships in conjunction with influencing a wide variety of key stakeholders.


Location: North West, home based

Salary: Competitive



This is a high-profile role with high levels of autonomy and strategic responsibility which calls for an experienced Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Relationship Manager or Commercial Manager with outstanding communication and influencing skills.

You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of:

  • Managing and developing strategically important National / Key Accounts with responsibility for relationship management, business development, professional services, or solution sales.
  • Bringing a structured approach to business development and key account management.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with senior decision-makers within large healthcare providers.

A highly skilled negotiator, with exceptional influencing and communication skills, you will be innovative in your thinking, highly organised in your approach coupled with an infectious passion and enthusiasm that gets results.

Key Skills:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in healthcare B2B account management.
  • Experience within and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and methods.
