Cornwall Council Launch Digital Marketing Innovation In Adult Social Care Recruitment Efforts With Just R
In the face of the worst workforce crisis in a decade, Cornwall Council have launched a transformational project in partnership with healthcare attraction specialists Just R, with the aim of easing the staffing gridlock in patient services.
Carlisle based attraction and retention specialists, Just R, develop and deliver sustainable workforce solutions which support health and social care recruitment efforts in order to future-proof the outlook of workforces across the UK.
The project aims to engage with people across the Cornish county to consider careers in adult social care. The council is committed to providing high-quality care to its residents and recognises the importance of effective digital marketing in reaching a wider audience, helping to fill adult social care vacancies and easing the gridlock in patient services.
Just R are working closely with the council to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including targeted advertising and social media campaigns. The goal is to raise awareness of the opportunities available in the adult social care sector, which currently sees 165,000 posts, or 11% of roles vacant across the UK, and encourage more people to consider a career in this fulfilling and important field.
