Why It's Important
Our process revolves around our highly skilled Candidate Consultants making contact with prospective candidates as soon as they can once they have registered interest in your Organisation. The Candidate Consultants work their magic to ensure candidates are informed and excited about the opportunities available. It is their job to provide regular contact and updates to both candidates and the Organisation, enabling them to effectively and efficiently manage and convert the pipeline in order to maximise conversions into appointments.
All candidate information and communication is stored and managed within Just R’s Recruitment Pipeline Management system (RPM), a bespoke, GDPR compliant online system built by Just R to manage NHS Organisation recruitment talent pools.
