Just R Support The Christie to Reach 0 Nurse Vacancies
18 months into our long-term collaboration with The Christie NHS Foundation Trust we have together achieved the incredible result of zero vacancies – driven down from 106 at the beginning of the project.
The Trust pipeline of interested candidates includes over 232 nurses and will only continue to grow, from which The Christie recruiting teams can continue to tap in to. The return on investment delivered through this project has also proven extremely efficient, with the average cost per nurse recruited being less than £1,885 vs circa £12,000 per nurse recruited internationally.
Just R do not charge per hire, thus increasing the cost saving through our long-term partnership with The Christie.
Just R have supported The Christie through the build of a strong Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and brand which has been communicated through sustained, high-impact digital marketing campaigns that reach wide audiences of people who are likely to be interested in positions at the Trust.
The mission of Just R is to future-proof the nursing workforce of the NHS. We are achieving this through our help to partners like The Christie, reducing pressures on their workforce, decreasing agency spending and increasing morale through attracting greater numbers of values-aligned candidates.
Throughout the campaign we have supported the Trust to recruit 33 nurses and 17 HCSWs, with another 16 nurses booked to interview at time of writing. The Trust pipeline of interested candidates includes over 232 nurses and this will continue to grow throughout our collaborative partnership.
