Warrington and Halton NHS Trust's Maternity Department Secures 17 Midwife Offers in 3 Months with Just R
Campaign Objective:
Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust collaborated with Just R on a targeted recruitment campaign aimed at Midwifery. This campaign aimed to develop a strategy to attract Qualified Midwives (predominantly) to the Trust located in the North West of England.
Campaign Focus:
The focus of the campaign was to reach, connect and engage with:
- Qualified Midwives
- Student Midwives
- Maternity Support Workers

Results:
Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Trust offered positions to 11 qualified midwives and 6 student midwives in just 3 months, enabling them to staff their department fully!

The output from the project with Just R has reaped dividends. At a simplistic level, we filled our vacancies with excellent midwives (which was our aim) but as a longer-term benefit, Just R taught us a lot, as a team, about how we can attract and retain brilliant staff.
