Revitalising Recruitment: Elevating Video Material for NHS Organisations
How do you show the scale, size and breadth of opportunities to attract great people to your organisation?
This was the challenge NELFT came to us when planning the new NELFT recruitment video.
The NELFT team needed a tool that would really showcase their organisation and promote opportunities across all of their teams, it also had to cover all of their localities and the variety of positions available within the trust – not an easy task when you have 7,500 staff 210 sites and span 4 counties!!
The result is this new NELFT video, to be used across social media and the NELFT careers website to attract people to work for them.
