Creative Lead
As Creative Lead, I manage the client-facing creative side of Just R! This includes making sure our Designers are briefed, equipped and ready to take on a range of recruitment campaigns. I’m also the Web Designer for our client’s recruitment websites and microsites. These bespoke platforms hold great strength as a “shop window” to attract and inform candidates on their career journey! Each website is tailored to the Trust – it’s a chance to demonstrate and reflect the Trust’s values and employer brand.
Having studied at Leeds Arts University (and graduating in 2021 alongside Rosie), this set a foundation and the discipline to start my journey as a creative. My degree was only the beginning, and training is a must in this ever-changing digital climate. I’m constantly expanding my knowledge and expertise through courses such as Coursera/CalArt’s UX and UI Design Specialisation, as well as undertaking leadership training with experts such as Richard Field.
When I’m not working away at my laptop, you’ll find me going on long walks, spending a fortune at restaurants or keeping up with the latest TV shows!
