Sought After Consultants Recruited With Ease at NNUH

The challenge 

In under three months, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS FT (NNUH) have been able to welcome two Consultants. Often seen as an impossible task, Consultant recruitment can be a challenge, but Just R’s solution led approach has enabled NNUH to fill specialist positions within its Gastroenterology department.

The solution

By creating a digital recruitment campaign directed at passive job seekers, Just R successfully created an awareness of the need for Consultants across the Trust and attracted three UK based doctors who registered their interest – all within three months of the campaign going live! Two of which have now been appointed to the Trust.
