What we would like to see is the ability to work in a team and collaborate with others – part time coffee shop or bar work whilst at Uni or before absolutely counts – let us know how you have strived to be better so far!
We’re looking for someone who loves working collaboratively as part of a team, but is also able to work independently and get things done. You will have a strong interest in working for positive change in social media and digital advertising, as you will be delivering national digital campaigns on behalf of our NHS clients and working to deadlines, with the ability to manage your own time essential.
Based in Carlisle City Centre, Just R is growing incredibly fast with over more than 100% growth in the past year. We are Cumbria’s first B Corp, which means you know you are joining an organisation that truly values the impact it has on its clients, colleagues and community.

I had the pleasure joining the Just R team for a couple of days for work experience. Each day meant a new task. It was interesting to follow guidelines from a real life business. The challenge of working with expectations and constraints were most valuable. They care about you as a person, not just an employee which both go hand in hand. I'm grateful for the opportunity.
