Bradford District Care Foundation Trust (BDCFT) recruits 14 Community Nurses in just 4 weeks!

Bradford

The challenge

BDCFT had a need to increase its permanent Nurse staffing levels

An incredible 14 job offers were made to qualified Community Nurses at Bradford District Care Foundation Trust’s first Nursing Open Day, following a four-week social media nurse recruitment campaign.

Almost 150 people registered their interest in attending Bradford District Care Foundation Trust (BDCFT)’s latest Open Day, resulting in 14 Community Nurse job offers being made.

The healthcare provider, which offers a wide range of services across West Yorkshire, including Mental Health, Community and Learning Disabilities, partnered with Just R ahead of the Open Day on 6 April.

Like the majority of healthcare providers, BDCFT had a need to increase its permanent Nurse staffing levels, and, aware of Just R’s proven track record in nurse recruitment, the Trust engaged the Just R team’s services to help in their efforts to recruit qualified Community Nurses.

The solution

A high impact, digital strategy

Just R was set with an extremely challenging deadline of only four weeks in which to target and reach out to qualified, experienced Community Nurses, and drive them to a recruitment interview day at the Trust taking place on Saturday 6 April.

The team developed a high impact, digital strategy including a refreshed recruitment brand identity, video, photography and written content to effectively communicate the unique selling points of the organisation and opportunities available.

This bespoke content was then delivered directly to their target audience of experienced Community Nurses living within the local region, through a tailored four-week Facebook and Instagram advertising campaign.

The campaign delivered a series of impressive results, reaching more than 105,000 people.  Nearly 3,000 people engaged with the campaign, and 147 people registered interest in attending the open day. All parties were thrilled as they were able to offer 14 nurses job roles on the day at the recruitment event.
