The NEAS came to us when they were in need of more qualified Paramedics. We all agreed that a strong angle was to focus on candidates living in London, who may be interested in exploring the idea of relocating to the North East.

The solution

Generating powerful relocation content 

Once the campaign aim had been decided, we worked with the Trust to generate powerful content combining written, video and photography features to use across a specific branded recruitment landing page and across social media platforms. 

Our strapline was ‘NEAS: A Career for Life’ and this was used across all the advertising activity.

The digital recruitment campaign focused on the benefits of living in the North East, career development opportunities at NEAS and quotes from current staff to really get to the heart of the Trust, its employees and its surroundings.

New applicants were directed to a simple landing page where they could register their interest.
