New Pharmacy Campaign for The Christie is Driving Phenomenal Interest!
Just R have been working with The Christie since late 2021, supporting them in the recruitment of nurses across the Trust. Due to the success of this project The Christie Pharmacy team came to us in need of support within their area.
The need is to recruit Registered Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants to join their incredible team.
Interest so far
Just over 6 weeks in and we have generated interest from:
- 14 Registered Pharmacists
- 3 Pre registered Pharmacists
- 7 Pharmacy Technicians
- 2 Pharmacy Assistants
- 1 Student Pharmacist
Plus more than 10 Pharmacy dispensers
The message was one of making a difference and connections to patient outcomes, with a campaign full of rich video content featuring the Pharmacy team.
There is currently a national shortage across all areas of the Pharmacy workforce. It is therefore critical for organisations like The Christie to take action in raising the profile of their opportunities, in order to secure great, qualified people to join their teams.
This campaign is a great example of how a proactive recruitment campaign aimed at reaching passive candidates to great opportunities can really drive results.
