Our Recent Success Stories
CapitalAHP
Our collaboration with CapitalNurse has recently expanded since the creation of their online careers hub (CapitalCareers) with the addition of AHP focused pages onto their bespoke recruitment website, built and managed by the Just R team.
Joining the existing Nursing and Midwifery pages, CapitalAHP explores an overview of each of the 14 AHP professions, showing which the team are actively recruiting to.
This educational aspect is also evident through video content created by our expert Videography team, diving into the setting of each Allied Health Profession, and interviewing those already living and working in London.
Tameside & Glossop
For several years, our partnership with Tameside and Glossop focused primarily on recruiting qualified nurses and midwives. However, in the past year, their nursing vacancy rate plummeted to zero, and staff retention reached an all-time high due to their commitment to employer brand and recruitment with the help of Just R.
The campaign has since shifted its focus to AHP recruitment, successfully attracting passive candidates to various roles within the various teams at the Trust. We have revamped the AHP profiles on the #TeamTameside careers website to reflect the diverse Allied Health Professional teams they employ. Furthermore, our efforts extended to recruiting for their Integrated Services for Children with Additional Needs (ISCAN) team, generating interest in community-based positions that work closely with families and relevant professionals to support young people to achieve their potential in all aspects of their life.
NELFT
Our longstanding partnership with North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) places a strong emphasis on bolstering their Allied Health Professional workforce. We have concentrated our efforts on recruiting Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists, particularly in the Children, Adult, and Mental Health domains, where vacancy rates have been notably higher across NELFT’s various locations.
NELFT currently boasts a workforce of over 900 Allied Health Professionals, representing 11 distinct professions. These professionals play a pivotal role within the trust, constituting approximately 15% of its total workforce. Our collaborative work with NELFT over the past five years has reinforced their Employer Brand, resulting in a robust and trusted identity. Together, we have orchestrated impactful digital marketing campaigns and constructed a tailored recruitment website to further strengthen their position.
