With 19 Band 5 registered nurse vacancies to be filled and traditional recruitment avenues not returning results, a new approach was needed. We contacted Just R, who we knew had proven NHS experience. We have managed to attract Nurses to Norwich who didn’t even know the city existed. The service is incredibly cost efficient, especially when you consider the reach of our campaigns. It feels like Just R are an extension to the recruitment team.
Employer Branding
We designed a fresh recruitment brand #TeamNNUH, which was delivered across Facebook and Instagram directly targeting the experienced Gastro nurses that were needed to open the unit.
Social Media
We developed a targeted digital advertising campaign. Applicants were encouraged to register interest and pre apply online to arrange an interview slot for the open day in April.
